The AVG is the law for the protection of privacy and personal data in the Netherlands. Under this law, an organization working with personal data has certain obligations and the person whose data are certain rights. This privacy policy is intended to inform you about your rights and our obligations under the AVG.
Grounds for processing
On Your Marks only processes personal data if there is a valid reason for doing so. Under the AVG, there are a number of reasons, so-called "bases", that justify the processing of personal data. The bases that On Your Marks uses when processing personal data are:

Data we collect and process
We will always keep the personal information you provide us confidential. We will not make your personal data available to third parties without your consent.

On Your Marks does not use (third party) cookies and other technologies that process personal data.

Some personal data is extra sensitive, because processing it can have a great impact on someone's life. These data are extra protected by law. Personal data of children is always sensitive and therefore receives extra protection.

Retention periods
We keep your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your data is collected and/or to protect the legitimate interests of On Your Marks, such as compliance with legal retention periods. If On Your Marks no longer needs the data for the aforementioned purposes, On Your Marks may retain the data for archiving and possible legal proceedings.
If we process your personal data to answer a question from you, we will retain that data so that we can answer possible follow-up questions or address any complaint.
Security of your personal information
Personal information you provide is secured by us or partners on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. All personal information is protected by appropriate physical, technical and organizational measures.
Automated Decision Making.
We do not make decisions about matters that could (significantly) affect individuals on the basis of automated processing. These are decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without a person (eg an employee of ours) in between.
